INGREDIENTS
1 cup water
1/2 cup sourdough starter
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoon molasses
2 cup white bread flour
1 ¾ cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
oats for dusting top

INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, mix water, honey, molasses, melted butter and sourdough starter.

Add in bread flour, whole wheat flour, salt, and cocoa powder. Mix until a smooth dough has formed.

Transfer dough to a clean bowl, cover it and let it rise until it doubles. It will take from 8 to 10 hours. Remember to leave in a warm spot.

After the first rise divide dough into 4 pieces. Using your hands or a rolling pin, open each piece in a rectangle. Roll into a cylinder and pinch to close. Roll the tops of the loaves in oats.

Place in a lined baking sheet or in a mini loaf pan, cover and let rise for 2 more hours or until loaves almost double, and look puffy and light.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Uncover loaves and bake them for 30 to 35 minutes.

Let loaves cool for 15 minutes before slicing.

This Garlic Butter Chicken Skillet is made on the Blackstone and is a quick and easy dinner made all in one.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter
3 cloves garlic minced
4 chicken breasts cubed
4 cups potatoes cubed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat Blackstone to medium heat adding a thin coat of oil to the surface.

In a small bowl mix together butter and minced garlic. I like to set this on the Blackstone to melt, but you can also melt in the microwave.

Add diced potatoes to one side of the griddle and pour about 1/2 cup of water on top. The water will help to steam cook the potatoes and cook them faster. Cook for about 15 minutes before flipping.

After flipping the potatoes add chicken to the other half of the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side.

Season the chicken and potatoes with the salt, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Once the chicken is fully cooked combine the potatoes and chicken. Pour melted butter and garlic on top of chicken mixture and toss together to even coat everything.

Layer on shredded cheese. Cook on the grill until the cheese is fully melted then remove and enjoy!

These homemade maple marshmallows are made with four simple ingredients and are the perfect addition to your hot chocolate or s’mores.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup cold water
3 tbsp powdered gelatin
1 1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract or seeds from 1 vanilla bean
powdered sugar for dusting

INSTRUCTIONS
You will want to have everything prepped and ready to go ahead of time. Once the marshmallows are ready to pour you need to work fast as everything starts to set up quick. Make sure to have whisk attachment ready for your stand mixer or hand mixer as well.  
Line an 8”x8” pan with parchment paper ensuring the paper goes up all sides of the pan. Dust with powdered sugar.  
In a large bowl (I use my stand mixer) add 1/2 cup of cold water with gelatin. Mix to combine and let sit to bloom.  
In a medium saucepan add 1/2 cup cold water, maple syrup and salt. Mix to combine then place over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil. DO NOT STIR after this point as that will encourage crystallization.  
Allow mixture to boil until it reaches 240F-245F, this takes 15-20 minutes so be patient. Keep an eye on the mixture during this time as it can quickly boil over and cause a mess.  
Quickly pout the mixture in the same bowl as the gelatin and begin to whisk.  
Once everything starts to come together add in your vanilla extract or vanilla beans.  
Continue whisking until mixture has tripled in size, the bowl is cool to the touch, and when the whisk is removed the drizzle holds its shape in the bowl.  
Quickly pour mixture into prepared pan. You have about 30 seconds before everything sets up too much.  
Allow marshmallows to set up completely (about 4 hours).  
Remove marshmallows from the pan and sprinkle with additional powdered sugar. This helps your knife from sticking too much when cutting.  
Cut marshmallows into desired size with a sharp knife. Dipping each marshmallow in additional powdered sugar to prevent them all from sticking to each other.  
Store in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
