Creamy Chicken Bacon and Corn Pasta
This creamy chicken and corn pasta is the perfect weeknight meal that comes together in about 20 minutes.

- 16 oz pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups corn canned or frozen
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 1/2 lb rotisserie chicken chopped
- 1/2 lb bacon cooked + crumbled
- 1 cup parmesan shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- fresh thyme for garnish
Cook pasta according to package. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet melt butter.
Add in corn, paprika, and chilli powder. Cook over medium heat until corn starts to char.
Add in chicken and bacon. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce thickens.
Add in pasta and mix to combine. Top with fresh thyme and enjoy!
