Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 2 cups orzo pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs rotisserie chicken chopped
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet add oil and onion. Cook until onion begins to become soft and translucent.
  • Add in orzo, cooked chicken, broccoli, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  • Once orzo is soft stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese. Stir until well combined and cheese is melted.
