Apple Bread with Cream Cheese
This apple bread is made with crisp apples, apple cider, cream cheese, and delicious apple butter for the most decadent loaf ever.

Ingredients

apple cider

cup
apple butter
or applesauce

teaspoon
vanilla extract
½
cup
butter
melted
2
eggs
¾
cup
brown sugar
1 ½
cup
flour

teaspoon
baking soda
1
teaspoon
baking powder
½
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
4
oz
cream cheese
room temperature
2
cups
apples
diced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325.
In a large bowl combine butter and sugar.
Add in eggs, vanilla extract, and apple cider. Mix to combine.
Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix to combine.
In a prepared loaf pan, pour half of the batter. Top with dollops of cream cheese creating an even layer. Then top with diced apples.
Layer remaining batter on top of apples.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Allow to cool before slicing (if you can).
