Blueberry Pancake Latte (2 ways)
This Blueberry Pancake Latte recipe is made two ways—with homemade blueberry syrup, espresso, and either maple or blueberry cold foam. A cozy, brunch-inspired latte perfect for any time of day

Ingredients
BLUEBERRY SYRUP

blueberries

BLUEBERRY PANCAKE LATTE

blueberry or maple syrup

shots espresso
MAPLE COLD FOAM

tablespoon
heavy cream

Instructions
MAKE THE BLUEBERRY SYRUP
In a sauce pan combine the blueberries, sugar, and water. Bring mixture to a boil and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Strain off blueberries and pour into an air tight container and store int the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
MAKE THE LATTE (OPTION 1 - MAPLE COLD FOAM)
In a small cup combine all the ingredients for the maple cold foam. Whisk together with a frother until mixture has thickened. Set Aside.
In a large cup add ice, then blueberry syrup, milk, and then espresso. Top with maple cold foam and enjoy!
MAKE THE LATTE (OPTION 2 - BLUEBERRY COLD FOAM)
In a small cup combine all the ingredients for the blueberry cold foam. Whisk together with a frother until mixture has thickened. Set Aside.
