Cowboy pasta is a twist on my viral cowboy casserole. Its creamy filling has smokey bacon and ground beef.

Ingredients

ground beef

tablespoon
lipton onion soup mix packet

cans cream of mushroom soup

milk

sour cream

shredded cheese

pasta

bacon
cooked + crumbled
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package. Drain and set aside.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until brown.
Add Lipton onion, cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, ½ cup cheese, and cooked bacon. Stir until combined.
Add in cooked pasta and top with remaining cheese. Cover and let the cheese melt on top.
