Mix together ground beef salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Shape into 6 patties.
Place patties on grill and cook for 8-10 minutes per side.
While patties are cooking saute butter and minced garlic in a medium sized pot until garlic is fragrant. Add in heavy cream. Heat over medium heat. Once the cream is warm add in shredded mozzarella cheese and whisk until cheese is melted.
Assembly burger with bottom bun, patty, big scoop of creamy sauce, and top bun.
