Easy Swedish Meatballs
These Swedish meatballs are easy to make and smothered in an easy gravy and is the perfect weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

Instructions
Cook meatballs according directions.
While the meatballs are cooking melt butter in a large skillet. Add in butter and whisk to combine. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add beef broth to the butter and flour mixture. Mix to combine and cook over medium heat until the sauce has thickened.
Add in dijon mustard, Worcestershire, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
Add in cooked meatballs and simmer together for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes to really take advantage of the delicious sauce.
