Ingredients
For the Chicken

chicken breasts
cut into bite size pieces

Peach Salsa

peaches

Chicken Bowls

Extra cilantro & lime wedges
Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and ginger.
Cook chicken over medium heat 6–7 minutes per side until 165°F. Then add honey and cook for an additional minutes.
Make salsa: combine peaches, onion, jalapeño, bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, black beans, peach salsa, avocado, and toppings.
