How to Make Gingerbread Syrup
- In a small saucepan, combine water, brown sugar, molasses and spices over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring constantly to help the sugar dissolve.
- Let cool before storing in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
How to Make the Gingerbread Latte
- ICED: Add in gingerbread syrup, milk, and espresso to a glass. Mix to combine then fill with ice.
- HOT: Steam milk to desired temperature then mix in gingerbread syrup and espresso.
