For the Gingerbread Syrup:

For the Gingerbread Latte:

shots
espresso

oz
milk of choice

tablespoon
gingerbread syrup
Instructions
How to Make Gingerbread Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine water, brown sugar, molasses and spices over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring constantly to help the sugar dissolve.
Let cool before storing in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
How to Make the Gingerbread Latte
ICED: Add in gingerbread syrup, milk, and espresso to a glass. Mix to combine then fill with ice.
HOT: Steam milk to desired temperature then mix in gingerbread syrup and espresso.
