Ingredients

heavy cream

milk

dijon mustard

teaspoon
salt

pepper

shredded Gruyère cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Tear the croissants into half or thirds and place into a 9x13 baking dish.
Add in sliced ham between pieces of croissant.
In a small bowl add eggs, heavy cream, mustard, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine.
Pour egg mixture over top croissants and ham, then top with shredded cheese.
Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
