- Preheat oven to 350.
- Tear the croissants into half or thirds and place into a 9x13 baking dish.
- Add in sliced ham between pieces of croissant.
- In a small bowl add eggs, heavy cream, mustard, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine.
- Pour egg mixture over top croissants and ham, then top with shredded cheese.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
