all purpose flour
3/4
cup
beet root juice
can swap for water for regular pasta
Instructions
MAKING BY HABD
* Pour flour onto a surface and make a well in the middle.
* Pour juice into the center of the well.
* Use a fork to gradually incorporate a portion of the flour into the water until the water is mostly incorporated.
* Continue to work the remaining flour in using your hands or a dough scraper.
* Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes.
* Cover dough and allow to rest for 30-60 minutes.
* Shape into desired pasta shape!
USING A FOOD PROCESSOR
* Combine juice and water in a food processor and pulse until a dough consistency is formed.
* Remove from bowl and knead for 5-10 minutes.
* Cover dough and allow to rest for 30-60 minutes.
* Shape into desired pasta shape!
USING STAND MIXER
* Combine flour and juice in a stand mixer with a dough hook. Knead with the hook for 5-10 minutes.
* Cover dough and allow to rest for 30-60 minutes.
* Shape into desired pasta shape!
