MAKING BY HABD
- * Pour flour onto a surface and make a well in the middle.
- * Pour juice into the center of the well.
- * Use a fork to gradually incorporate a portion of the flour into the water until the water is mostly incorporated.
- * Continue to work the remaining flour in using your hands or a dough scraper.
- * Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes.
- * Cover dough and allow to rest for 30-60 minutes.
- * Shape into desired pasta shape!
USING A FOOD PROCESSOR
- * Combine juice and water in a food processor and pulse until a dough consistency is formed.
- * Remove from bowl and knead for 5-10 minutes.
- * Cover dough and allow to rest for 30-60 minutes.
- * Shape into desired pasta shape!
USING STAND MIXER
- * Combine flour and juice in a stand mixer with a dough hook. Knead with the hook for 5-10 minutes.
- * Cover dough and allow to rest for 30-60 minutes.
- * Shape into desired pasta shape!
