3boneless skinless chicken breastscut into 1” pieces
1red peppercut into 1” pieces
1orange peppercut into 1” pieces
1yellow peppercut into 1” pieces
1small zucchinisliced into ½” pieces
1red onioncut into 1” pieces
For the marinade
2clovesgarlic minced
¼cupFrench’s Honey Mustard
1tbspextra-virgin olive oil
1tspsalt
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the marinade. Add in cut pieces of chicken and mix until all pieces are fully covered. Place into refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high.
Skewer the pieces of chicken with vegetables alternating to get a few pieces on each skewer.
Place the chicken skewers on the grill, turning them every 2 to 3 minutes, until the meat is cooked through, about 10-12 minutes total. Brush with additional French’s Honey Mustard during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
