Orange Ricotta Air Fryer Donut Holes with No Yeast
These soft and fluffy orange ricotta donuts are made with no yeast and bake up perfectly in the air fryer or oven. Topped with a sweet citrus glaze they are irresistible.
In a bowl combine flour, ricotta. baking soda, baking powder, orange zest, orange juice, and salt. Mix until dough starts to come together, then pour onto the counter and knead for 5 minutes. Adding more flour if dough becomes too sticky.
Section dough into 16 pieces and shape each piece into a round ball.
Place round balls onto a piece of parchment paper, brush with melted flour, and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Bake in air fryer or oven for 5 minutes, turn each ball and bake an additional 5-6 minutes.
In a small bowl combine powdered sugar and orange juice.
Remove donut holes from oven and dip into the orange glaze.
