Peach Cream Cheese Danish
Peach Cream Cheese Danish is a delicious sweet treat for breakfast or brunch, with a sweet filling and a flakey puff pastry crust!

- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 peach thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg
Glaze
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp heavy cream
Remove puff pastry from the freezer and allow to sit for 30 minutes until it is pliable.
Preheat oven to 400.
In a bowl combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
In another bowl combine sliced peaches, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until peaches are all coated.
Cut puff pastry into 6 pieces.
Add 1-2 tbsp of cream cheese mixture to the top of the puff pastry. Spreading the mixture 1/4 inch from the edges.
Layer peaches onto of cream cheese mixture.
In a small bowl combine egg and 1-2 tbsp of water. Mix to combine.
Using a pastry brush brush the edges of the puff pastry. This helps the pastry brown up in the oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Combine remaining 1/4 cup powdered sugar with heavy cream to create a pourable consistency. Drizzle over freshly baked danishes and enjoy hot.
