Salsa Corn Chowder Soup
This creamy corn soup is flavored with salsa, pimentos, cumin, and cream cheese.

Ingredients

butter

yellow onion
diced

chilli powder

cumin

salsa

small jar pimentos

corn

chicken broth

oz
cream cheese

cup
milk
Instructions
Melt butter and cook onion until translucent.
Add seasonings, salsa, chicken broth, pimentos, and corn.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl heat cream cheese until smooth, then add a ladle of hot soup. Mix until combined.
Add cream cheese mixture and milk to soup.
Simmer for another 10 minutes.
