Ingredients
  

  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 lb red potatoes
  • olive oil
  • Santa Maria Seasoning*
  • Sausage Links

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 400.
  • Cut all veggies into large pieces and lay on large sheet pan.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Place sausages on veggies.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Santa Maria Seasoning is a mix of salt, pepper, garlic, and onion seasonings.
