Ingredients

active sourdough starter

all purpose flour

water

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix until incorporated.
Allow to rest at room temperature for about 6 hours (until doubled in size).
Shape into a ball and let rest for an additional 2 hours or place into the fridge or later.
Roll out your dough. Add your pizza toppings and bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes.
