Ingredients
For the Salad:

spring mix salad greens
½
medium red onion
sliced thin

cucumber
sliced

avocado
sliced
1
cup
strawberries
sliced

ounces
crumbled feta cheese
½
cup
pecans

tablespoon
fresh dill
Strawberry Balsamic Dressing:
1
tablespoon
Dijon Mustard
½
cup
sliced strawberries
2
tablespoon
maple syrup
2
tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
¼
cup
olive oil
½
teaspoon
salt and pepper
Instructions
Make the Dressing:
Add Dijon Mustard, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Balsamic Vinegar to a blender and mix to combine.
Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and strawberry mixture to a jar and mix to combine. Set aside for later.
Assemble the Salad:
Add salad greens to a platter. Top with pecans, cucumber, red onion, avocado, strawberries, dill and feta.
Drizzle with desired amount of strawberry dressing right before serving.
