In a small bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeño and chopped bacon. Mix well.
In a separate bowl combine ground beef, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Separate into 6 patties.
Take each patty, split in half and create a small well in one half. take a large scoop of cream cheese mixture and place inside well. Stack the second half of burger on top of well to sandwich together.
Place burgers on grill and cook for 8-10 minutes per side.
