Teddy Graham Syrup
- In a sauce pan combine the honey, brown sugar, water, and cinnamon. Bring mixture to a boil and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Allow the mixture to cool then pour into an air tight container and store in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
Teddy Graham Americano
- In a small glass add teddy graham syrup. Brew your shots of espresso directly over the top, then stir to combine.
- In a large cup add ice, then water and then espresso mixture. Top with half and half and a sprinkle of cinnamon (if desired) and enjoy!
