Whipped Honey
- Add honey in a stand mixer or whip by hand until it lightens in color and thickens slightly (about 3–5 minutes). I make a big batch to keep on hand.
Whipped Honey Shaken Espresso
- Brew your espresso and let it cool for a few minutes.
- In a cocktail shaker or a mason jar with a tight lid, combine the espresso, whipped honey, and a handful of ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until chilled and frothy.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Optional: Add a splash of milk or cold foam for extra creaminess.
