Bacon Cheeseburgers in the form of shish kebabs? This is such a fun meal to put on the grill for summer! These mini burgers are loaded with meatballs, cheese, bacon, and all the fixings of a great burger (on a stick!).
Combine ground beef with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well.
Take small scoops of ground beef to form 1 inch “mini patties”
On a skewer add your mini patties, bacon, onion, burger bun, and other toppings. (I prefer to leave pickles and lettuce off the skewer and add them on after cooking)
Place skewers on grill and cook for 7-9 minutes and flip and cook for an additional 7-9 minutes adding cheese on the burger patties the last 1-2 minutes of cooking.
