Ingredients

brown sugar

white vinegar

red food coloring

dutch processed cocoa powder

baking powder

baking soda

white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in egg, vanilla extract, vinegar, and food coloring. Mix to combine.
Add in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until flour just starts to disappear, then fold in white chocolate chips.
Using a large cookie scooper, scoop out 6 cookie dough balls and place onto a prepared baking sheet. Flatten to desired size.
Bake for 10-15 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
