Balsamic Steak Kebabs

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak cut into 1” pieces
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 bell peppers cut into 1” pieces
  • 1 red onion cut into 1” pieces
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl combine balsamic vinegar, rosemary, garlic, and honey and bbq sauce. reserve 1/2 cup of mixture.
  • Marinate steak in balsamic mixture for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat grill to 350.
  • On a skewer alternate adding steak, onion, peppers, and tomatoes.
  • Place skewers on grill for 5 minutes, flip and brush with marinade and cook an additional 5 minutes.
