Ingredients

lbs
sirloin steak
cut into 1” pieces
½
cup
balsamic vinegar
½
cup
bbq sauce
2
tablespoon
fresh rosemary
minced
1
clove
garlic
minced
2
tablespoon
honey
4
bell peppers
cut into 1” pieces
1
red onion
cut into 1” pieces
1
pint
cherry tomatoes

Instructions
In a large bowl combine balsamic vinegar, rosemary, garlic, and honey and bbq sauce. reserve ½ cup of mixture.
Marinate steak in balsamic mixture for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill to 350.
On a skewer alternate adding steak, onion, peppers, and tomatoes.
Place skewers on grill for 5 minutes, flip and brush with marinade and cook an additional 5 minutes.
