Ingredients

lb
thinly sliced steak
I used New York Strip

onion
thinly sliced
2
bell peppers
thinly sliced
8
slices
provolone cheese

teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
paprika
½
teaspoon
onion powder
½
teaspoon
garlic powder

hoagies
Instructions
Preheat the griddle to medium heat.
Add oil and add sliced steak, peppers, and onions. Cook until peppers and onions are softened and steak is cooked through. Mix to combine.
Top with provolone cheese.
Toast the hoagies and top with steak mixture. Enjoy!
