Blackstone Philly Cheesesteak

These Philly cheesesteaks on the Blackstone griddle were SO good and super simple!

Ingredients

  • Steak - thinly sliced steak. I used New York strip, but ribeye is a favorite of many
  • Onion - thinly sliced
  • Bell Peppers - thinly sliced
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Seasoning - salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
  • Hoagies

How to Make Blackstone Philly Cheesesteak

  • Preheat the griddle to medium heat.
  • Add oil and add sliced steak, peppers, and onions. Cook until peppers and onions are softened and steak is cooked through. Mix to combine.
  • Top with provolone cheese.
  • Toast the hoagies and top with steak mixture. Enjoy!

  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers thinly sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 hoagies
