These Philly cheesesteaks on the Blackstone griddle were SO good and super simple!
Ingredients
- Steak – thinly sliced steak. I used New York strip, but ribeye is a favorite of many
- Onion – thinly sliced
- Bell Peppers – thinly sliced
- Provolone Cheese
- Seasoning – salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
- Hoagies
How to Make Blackstone Philly Cheesesteak
- Preheat the griddle to medium heat.
- Add oil and add sliced steak, peppers, and onions. Cook until peppers and onions are softened and steak is cooked through. Mix to combine.
- Top with provolone cheese.
- Toast the hoagies and top with steak mixture. Enjoy!

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 hoagies
