In a large bowl add in diced potatoes, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook in the air fryer at 400 for 15-20 minutes or in the Oven at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Until potatoes are soft in the center and crispy on the exterior.
In a large skillet cook ground beef, leaving larger chunks of beef. Season with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a small bowl combine all the fry sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Create each bowl by combining lettuce, cooked potatoes, cooked ground beef, shredded cheese, and fry sauce. Top with any additional burger toppings of your choice.
