This loaded burger bowl with fry sauce takes all the best parts of your favorite burger and puts it into a fully customizable bowl form.

Ingredients for a Burger Bowl

The great thing about burger bowls is that you can fully customize them with your favorite burger toppings.

MUST HAVES: The base for the perfect bowl

  • Ground Beef – this can be swapped out with your favorite ground meat. I will leave bigger chunks when cooking this to resemble bites of my burger.
  • Seasonings – to really flavor the beef add paprika, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder
  • Lettuce – romaine is my favorite and bonus paints if its cut up finely.
  • Potatoes – this time I used sweet potatoes, but will often swap for yukon golds.
  • Cheese – shredded cheddar is my go to, but will often swap for pepperjack
  • Fry Sauce – this delicious combination of mayonnaise, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, and pickle juice is the BEST thing about this bowl.

OPTIONAL: All the extras to make it even better

  • Onions – when I have extra time I will caramelize the onions (like today) otherwise I will dice them up finely and add them raw.
  • Mushrooms – sauted up are another favorite topping here
  • Pickles – dill or sweet, the choice is yours.
  • Avocado – I was SOO disappointed that I didn’t have any avocado when making this bowl! It is a great addition for a healthy fat.
  • Your Favorite Burger Topping – have a favorite burger topping I left off? Add it on to make your fully custom bowl.

How to Make Loaded Burger Bowls

  • In a large bowl add in diced potatoes, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook in the air fryer at 400 for 15-20 minutes or in the Oven at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Until potatoes are soft in the center and crispy on the exterior.
  • In a large skillet cook ground beef, leaving larger chunks of beef. Season with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • In a small bowl combine all the fry sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  • Create each bowl by combining lettuce, cooked potatoes, cooked ground beef, shredded cheese, and fry sauce. Top with any additional burger toppings of your choice.

This one is for those who don’t really like cake.

Homemade fresh mint chip ice cream, a fudgy cookie layer, and cookies & cream ice cream all stacked into one very perfect ice cream cake.

One of my favorite things about making desserts from scratch is getting to create flavor combinations you can’t always find at the store.

And honestly, that’s the fun of homemade, making exactly what you wish existed.

One of my favorite things about making things homemade is getting to create something you wish existed in the world.

I wanted the nostalgic crunch of those strawberry cheesecake ice cream bars… but with raspberry and an actual cheesecake twist. So naturally I had to make it happen.

And honestly? This might be one of those recipes that makes you stop after the first bite and think, where has this been my whole life?

Sweet, creamy, crunchy, raspberry perfection.

Would you try raspberry over strawberry? 👇

Episode 9 of the garden series and the garden is finally starting to fill in 🌱✨

This week I planted:🌶️ Peppers with onions, cilantro and marigolds🫘 Beans alongside potatoes and marigolds🥒 Cucumbers with dill, carrots, and radishes🌸 PLUS all the flowers — zinnias, dahlias, snapdragons, strawflower, celosia, and feverfew

I love companion planting because every plant has a purpose. Some help attract pollinators, some deter pests, and some simply help maximize space in the garden beds. And honestly… mixing veggies and flowers together just makes the garden feel magical. 🌼🐝

The vision is finally starting to come together and I cannot wait to see everything explode with growth over the next few weeks.

Which plant are you most excited to watch grow this season? 👇
