- Roll the puff pastry out so it is slightly larger, about 12” long
- Spread butter on the first sheet of puff pastry. Sprinkle on brown sugar and chai spice. Layer on second sheet of puff pastry
- Cut into 1” sections. Take each side of the strip and gently twist. Then roll into a bun. Place onto a baking sheet and repeat with remaining strips.
- Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.
- Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over buns once slightly cooled.
