Ingredients
Casserole

diced

onion powder

orzo
cooked according to package
Sauce

ketchup

mayonnaise

pickle juice

worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Cook orzo according to package.
Preheat Blackstone Griddle to medium heat
In add ground beef and diced onion. Cook until no longer pink.
Season meat with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and paprika.
Add in cooked orzo, mix to combine. Top with shredded cheese and allow to melt. Remove from griddle.
Mix together sauce ingredients.
Top orzo with sauce and any additional burger toppings desired.
