Ingredients

flour

baking powder

milk

vanilla extract

melted butter
Filling
¼
cup
butter
softened
¼
cup
brown sugar

tablespoon
cinnamon
Instructions
In a small bowl combine filling ingredients until well combined. Add to a piping bag and cut the tip off.
In a large bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix to combine.
Add in egg, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix to combine, but do not over mix.
Heat a skillet to medium heat. Add butter to the skillet.
Add ¼ - ⅓ cup batter to the skillet. Add a cinnamon swirl starting in the middle towards the outside.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Repeat until all batter has turned into delicious pancakes.
Top with syrup and additional butter for ultimate results.
