Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

Banana Bread

  • 2-3 bananas
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk

Cinnamon Swirl Middle

  • 1/4 cup granulated
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a large bowl mash bananas.
  • Add granulated, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix to combine.
  • Add in flour, salt, baking soda and milk. Mix to combine
  • In a small bowl combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Mix to combine.
  • Add half of the batter to a greased loaf pan, sprinkle all but 2 tbsp of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top of batter. Top with remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining 2 tbsp of cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake loaf for 45-50 minutes.
