Ingredients

rotisserie chicken
chopped
½
teaspoon
pepper
½
teaspoon
paprika
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
italian seasoning

teaspoon
salt

tablespoon
olive oil

tablespoon
butter
2
cloves
garlic
minced
2
cups
chicken broth
½
cup
heavy cream
1
cup
Parmesan cheese

sun dried tomatoes
chopped

pack of gnocchi
Instructions
In a skillet heat olive oil and butter on medium high heat.
Add chicken and all seasonings to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Add garlic, chicken broth and gnocchi. Bring to a simmer and cook 3-4 minutes or until gnocchi is tender.
Add in sun dried tomatoes, heavy cream, and parmesan stirring until parmesan has melted.
