This Beef Stir Fry on the Blackstone is a quick and easy dinner that can also be made on the stove top. One of my favorite things about stir fry is that you can just use whatever vegetable you have on hand!
1/2cupBachans Japanese BBQ sauceor your favorite stir fry sauce
1tspsalt
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1/2tspground ginger
Instructions

Preheat griddle to medium high heat and add a light layer of oil to the surface.
In a small bowl combine salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground ginger.
Add steak to half of the griddle and vegetables to the other half of the griddle.
Season the beef and vegetables with the seasoning mix.
Cook steak for 3-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Once steak is cooked combine the vegetables and chicken together. Add stir fry sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Enjoy with steamed rice or stir fry noodles.
Skillet Instructions
Add one tablespoon of olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium high heat.
In a small bowl combine salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground ginger.
Add steak (in batches if necessary) and season with half of the seasoning mix. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
Reduce heat to medium and add an additional tablespoon of oil to the skillet.
Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots and cook, stirring occasionally, just until crisp tender. Season with remaining seasoning mix.
Add steak back into the skillet and stir to combine.
Add stir fry sauce and pour over steak and vegetables and stir gently to combine.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, and let boil for one minute.
