Easy Sheet Pan Chicken, Asparagus and Tomatoes
This easy sheet pan chicken is SO easy! It’s one of those throw on a pan and bake meals that really simplify dinner time.

Ingredients

chicken thighs

lb
potatoes
quartered
1
lb
asparagus
8
oz
cherry tomatoes

teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
paprika

tablespoon
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a small bowl combine salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.
On a large sheet pan add chicken thighs and potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and seasoning mix (reserve 1 teaspoon of mix).
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and add asparagus and tomatoes. Drizzle with more olive oil and remaining seasoning mix.
Bake an additional 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
