- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a small bowl combine salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.
- On a large sheet pan add chicken thighs and potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and seasoning mix (reserve 1 teaspoon of mix).
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and add asparagus and tomatoes. Drizzle with more olive oil and remaining seasoning mix.
- Bake an additional 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
