Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 16 oz coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet cook ground beef until no longer pink.
  • In the skillet add sesame oil, coleslaw mix, and shredded carrots. Cook until coleslaw mix starts to cook down.
  • Add in soy sauce and seasonings. Mix to combine.
  • Serve with a side of rice or ramen noodles.
