- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 16 oz coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
In a large skillet cook ground beef until no longer pink.
In the skillet add sesame oil, coleslaw mix, and shredded carrots. Cook until coleslaw mix starts to cook down.
Add in soy sauce and seasonings. Mix to combine.
Serve with a side of rice or ramen noodles.
