Ingredients

cups
Bisquick
2
eggs
1
cup
milk
1
teaspoon
vanilla
2

oil
mini pancake/waffle maker
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix until just combine.
Pour 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto the mini griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes each.
Remove pancake and set to the side to cook.
Once cooled, stack pancakes with layer of parchment paper in between each pancake. Place stack into a freezer ziplock and store.
When ready to cook, take as many out of the bag as you need and pop in the toaster or microwave.
