Freezer Waffles & Pancakes

Brody has been loving pancakes and waffles for breakfast and honestly I can't blame him! However, whipping up a batch of pancakes every morning just isn't my thing. For a while I was buying the premade mini Ego pancakes from the freezer section, but then decided that I had to be able to make these myself!

So, I purchased these mini pancake and mini waffle makers. They are great because they are the perfect shape and size for my toaster. While I am sure you can just make the pancakes on your griddle as normal, I really liked that the mini griddle kept my pancakes uniform in size.

Below is the pancake recipe that I used, but I am sure that your favorite pancake recipe will work! The process of making the freezer pancakes is not difficult at all, but it's something some people just haven't thought to do! One thing I have also noticed really helps from keeping the waffles and pancakes from freezing together is a layer of parchment paper between each of the layers.

I hope you all enjoy this and share with me on Instagram (@thefarmstyle) if you decide to make them!
