Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs with Pineapple
With juicy pineapple, colorful bell peppers and savory onion, these chicken kabobs are the perfect addition to your summer bbq.

- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1 cup teryiaki marinade
- 3 chicken breasts cut into 1” pieces
- 1 red onion cut into 1” pieces
- 3 bell peppers cut into 1” pieces
- 1 can pineapple chunks or fresh
In a large bowl combine teryiaki marinade, and chicken breasts. Let sit for at least 2-8 hours.
Preheat grill to 425.
On a skewer alternate pieces of chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onion.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, brush with bbq sauce, flip and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
