Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs with Pineapple

With juicy pineapple, colorful bell peppers and savory onion, these Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs are the perfect addition to your summer bbq.

Ingredients for Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs

  • BBQ Sauce - for brushing on the last few minutes of cooking
  • Teriyaki Sauce - for marinating the chicken
  • Chicken Breasts - could swap for chicken tenders also,
  • Red Onion - white or yellow onion work as well.
  • Bell Peppers - I like to use red, orange and yellow
  • Pineapple - large chunks from a can or fresh works great

How to Assemble Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs

  • In a large bowl combine teryiaki marinade, and chicken breasts. Let sit for at least 2-8 hours.
  • Preheat grill to 425.
  • On a skewer alternate pieces of chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onion.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, brush with bbq sauce, flip and cook for another 5-10 minutes.

  • 1 cup teryiaki marinade
  • 3 chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 red onion cut into 1" pieces
  • 3 bell peppers cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 can pineapple chunks or fresh
