Homemade compound butters are the best way to add a flavor flare to your breads, breakfast, or grilling.

Ingredients Instructions

Ingredients
  

Garlic Chive Butter
  • 4 oz butter
  • 3-4 tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Radish Butter
  • 4 oz butter
  • ¼ cup finely grated radish excess water drained
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Jalepeno Honey Butter
  • 4 oz butter
  • 3-4 tablespoon finely diced jalepenos
  • 2-3 tablespoon honey
Cinnamon Maple Butter
  • 4 oz butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Blackbery Thyme Butter
  • 4 oz butter
  • 3-4 tablespoon blackberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme

Instructions
 

  1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients for each specific compound butter. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Add butter to a place of parchment paper and shape into a log shape. Twist ends and store in the refrigerator until firm.
