Herb Compound Butters
Homemade compound butters are the best way to add a flavor flare to your breads, breakfast, or grilling.

Ingredients
Garlic Chive Butter

finely chopped chives

garlic

Radish Butter

butter

cup
finely grated radish
excess water drained

teaspoon
salt
Jalepeno Honey Butter

butter

finely diced jalepenos

tablespoon
honey
Cinnamon Maple Butter

butter

maple syrup

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Blackbery Thyme Butter

butter

blackberry jam

tablespoon
fresh thyme
Instructions
In a medium bowl combine all ingredients for each specific compound butter. Mix until fully combined.
Add butter to a place of parchment paper and shape into a log shape. Twist ends and store in the refrigerator until firm.
