Homemade graham crackers are the perfect after school snack. Made with six simple ingredients these crackers are so much better than the store bought ones.
In a bowl combine sugar and butter. Cream together until light and fluffy.
Add in eggs and vanilla extract. Mix to combine.
Add in flour and baking powder. Mix to combine.
Split dough in half and roll into a rectangle. Roll the dough as thick as you want your crackers to be. They will not puff up much. I used a 3/16" roller for my thickness.
Cut out 3" squares and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Gently score the dough into rectangles and prick the dough with a fork.
