Jam jar coffee is the easiest way to make a latte at home—just use your nearly empty jam jar! Mix espresso with leftover jam, top with frothy berry cold foam, and enjoy a sweet café-style drink without the waste.

Ingredients
  

For the Coffee
  • 1 nearly empty jam jar with about 1-2 tablespoon of jam
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 8 oz milk
Berry Cold Foam
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon jam or berry syrup

Instructions
 

  1. Brew espresso and add to jam jar with ice and top with ice.
  2. In a separate cup add cold foam ingredients and froth with a hand frother until foamy. If you do not have a hand frother you can put the ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake.
  3. Pour the cold foam over the latte and enjoy.
