Mini Meatloaves
My kids absolutely LOVE when I make mini meatloaves. They are super simple to make and bake up in less time than a full size meatloaf.

Ingredients
1.5
lbs
ground beef
3
cloves
garlic
minced
½
onion
finely diced
½
cup
cheese
shredded

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper

teaspoon
onion powder
½
teaspoon
paprika
½

bread crumbs

egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Divide meat mixture into 10-12 equal pieces. Shape into mini loafs.
Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temp is 160.
