These Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are loaded with seasoned beef, peppers, onions, and melty provolone on soft Hawaiian rolls. An easy, oven-baked recipe perfect for dinner, game day, or parties.

hawaiian rolls

lb
ground beef
could swap for thinly sliced steak

bell pepper
diced
1/2
onion
diced
1
tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1
tsp
salt

tsp
pepper
6-8
slices
Provolone cheese
Herbed Butter Mixture
1/4
cup
butter
melted
1
tsp
dried parsley
1
tsp
garlic powder
Instructions
In a large skillet saute peppers and onions in a little bit of oil.
Add in ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire.
Cut rolls in half broil in the oven for a few minutes to toast the rolls.
Layer on ground beef mixture to half of the cut rolls and top with provolone cheese. Add other half of rolls on top.
In a small bowl combine butter mixture ingredients and brush over top of the rolls.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and melted.
