salsa

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a skillet with a little oil add in diced peppers and onions until soft and translucent.
Place chicken breasts in a 13×9 pan and season with taco seasoning.
Add a layer of salsa to the top of each breast, then layer with beans, corn, onions and peppers. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
