Steak Fajita Rice Bowls

Ingredients

Baja Citrus Marinade Packet

cup
oil
¼
cup
water

T
apple cider vinegar
2
lbs
sirloin steak
2
bell peppers
sliced in strips
1
yellow onion
sliced in strips
2
ears of corn
1
cup
jasmine rice
1
chicken bouillon cube
Salsa and Sour Cream for topping
Instructions
Marinate steak, with marinade packet, oil, water, and vinegar for 30 minutes
BBQ steak and chop up.
While steak is cooking cook rice according to packet with bouillon cube.
In a pan, heat 1 T oil and add pepper and onion . Saute until cooked.
Assemble bowl with all ingredients and top with salsa and sour cream.
