Steak Fajita Rice Bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Baja Citrus Marinade Packet
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 T apple cider vinegar
  • 2 lbs sirloin steak
  • 2 bell peppers sliced in strips
  • 1 yellow onion sliced in strips
  • 2 ears of corn
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • Salsa and Sour Cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Marinate steak, with marinade packet, oil, water, and vinegar for 30 minutes
  • BBQ steak and chop up.
  • While steak is cooking cook rice according to packet with bouillon cube.
  • In a pan, heat 1 T oil and add pepper and onion . Saute until cooked.
  • Assemble bowl with all ingredients and top with salsa and sour cream.
