Sweet Basil and Oregano Bruschetta Chicken Pasta
This bruschetta chicken pasta has great notes of basil and oregano and is super easy to put together for an quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Sweet Basil & Oregano Bruschetta Seasoning Mix
⅓
cup
olive oil

tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
1
lb
chicken breasts
cut into 1" pieces
2
lb
cherry tomatoes
quartered
8
oz
pasta
I used cavatappi
½
cup
parmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
In a small bowl combine bruschetta mix, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.
On a sheet pan place tomatoes and chicken. Pour olive oil mixture over the top and toss to combine.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
While the chicken cooks, cook pasta according to package. Drain, rinse, and set aside.
Combine pasta and chicken mixture (with all juices) and top with parmesan cheese.
