Shotsy Pizza

This Shotsy pizza is a very special and unique pizza with a mustard cream sauce, smoked sausage, sliced onions, and sauerkraut. The pizza originated from the pizza shop Fazarri's and is well worth the hype.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pizza Crust
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 5 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb smoked sausage diced
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and mustard. Mix to combine.
  • On a pizza crust spread mustard sauce, layer on Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, onion, and sausage.
  • Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes until cheese is nice and melty and crust is golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and immediately top with sauerkraut to warm up.
